I first saw these @ Fabulist.org, who raved about their style. They come in either metal ball chains or leather straps, necklace style or choker. The leather cords seem to be the best. They give it a more classic look.

I first found out about these over @ Popgadget.com. They're a cute and fun way to store your headphones. The downside is that they cost $10 each. 
Don't use the ball chain that is included because it is very weak according to one Amazon.com customer review.
I first heard about this @ StyleHive.com. They're getting a lot of attention for being simple and effective at dealing with those headphone cords.
